Software as a Service (SaaS)

TowerMetriX is architected as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and is delivered “through the cloud”.  Access to your employee performance management system is available from any device that runs a browser and from anywhere you have an internet connection.  Expenses associated with maintaining software run on in-house servers are eliminated.  New feature updates are available immediately upon release.  Adopting TowerMetriX requires no capital expenditure; pricing is subscription based.

Security

TowerMetriX understands how important it is to secure employee performance management information.  Our hosting data center is Expedient Communication — a state-of-the-art facility, that provides  24/7/365 physical security as well as generator backup systems.  Data is secured through server redundancy, full and incremental backup processes.

Each TowerMetriX client has a completely separate and private SQL Server 2008 database – Not just separate tables.  Internet transmissions are run in the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using 128-bit encryption.  All users must provide a valid username and a private password to login.

Digital Imaging

The TowerMetriX Employee Performance Management System includes Document Imaging as integral part of the TowerMetriX solution.  Users can Attach and add Notes in each of the TowerMetriX satellites.  Attachments can be anything digital – images, files, documents, audio and video files.

Human Resources can attach important employee qualifications, applications, recommendations, even I-9 and W-4 forms.  Managers and Employees can attach digital images of Licenses and Certifications, Training Certificates, and acknowledgements from grateful clients.  Video and Audio files can be included in course content.

Digital files are easy to access and can help to eliminate costly paper-based storage.

Mobile Access

TowerMetriX can be accessed from anywhere you can connect to the Internet.  Use Laptop & Notebook Computers, tablet computers, even smart phones that can run industry standard browsers.   Having mobile access makes managing remote employees easier – everyone can connect, communicate and report progress on shared projects through TowerMetriX.  Validating employee skills and competencies can be done in the office, on the factory floor, on the nursing unit, or anywhere your employees work.

All web transmissions, including those accessed through mobile devices are run in the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using 128 bit encryption.
