Employee Profile

TowerMetriX recognizes that employee credentials and key elements from the job description impact employee performance and should be monitored and measured.

Each individual in TowerMetriX has a personalized employee Profile. The profile record contains important information about the employee, his/her qualifications and the job requirements.

The TowerMetriX Profile includes:

• Employee photo
• Top-down pictorial view of the employee’s reporting structure
• Contact information including notification preferences
• Online access to the employee job description
• Record of employee Licenses and Certifications  including automatic notifications of upcoming expiration dates
• Interactive Journal to hold notes and attachments
