The Employee Performance Review provides the opportunity for and employee and supervisor to evaluate performance and measure progress over a period of time. Traditionally, preparing for an employee evaluation meant hours spent pulling together information, searching for documentation, relying on memory for details. By using TowerMetriX to systematically and objectively track licenses, goals, education and skills, preparing for the face-to-face meeting takes only a few minutes.  The communication between employee and manager has been ongoing. If there happened to be a difficulty along the way, it was immediately identified and corrected before it became an issue.  There are no surprises.  Employee performance appraisals become proactive where the time between employee and manager can be spent looking forward instead of backward.
