Joseph C. Ott
President and CEO
Mr. Ott has founded, owned and served as President and CEO of software companies since 1964, including and, in addition to TowerMetriX, Inc., Ecco Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in custom designed systems for government and industry and Acclamation Systems, Inc., a firm that developed and marketed a benefit management system for insurance carriers such as AIG, Aetna, Cigna and Ace, as well as some of the nation’s largest third party administrators. Mr. Ott sold Acclamation Systems to Ebix, a NASDAQ firm, in July of 2008 for $22 million.
Prior to Ecco, Mr. Ott worked for Douglas Aircraft as a Computer Specialist in Santa Monica, California where he was responsible for the design and development of missile simulations for the Nike and Skybolt missiles as well as the Saturn IVB rocket booster.
Mr. Ott has served as a volunteer for over 20 years for Achieva, formerly ARC Allegheny, an organization with annual revenues of $50 million that provides services and supports for persons with disabilities and their families. Mr. Ott served as Board Chair of Achieva for six years from 1998-2004. For the past three years, Mr. Ott has served as Board Chair for the Institute of Entrepreneurial Excellence (IEE) which is part of the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mark Brown
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Brown brings his more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management in the technology and software industries to TowerMetriX, Inc. Mr. Brown was instrumental in the launch of Acclamation Systems, Inc. in 1989 and continued to facilitate its growth as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Brown remained one of the principals of Acclamation Systems, Inc. until its acquisition in 2008.
Prior to the creation of Acclamation Systems, Inc., Mr. Brown worked for several multinational companies who’s focus was supplying advanced technological solutions to a myriad of industries and organizations.
Patricia Speak
Senior Healthcare Specialist
Ms. Speak brings to TowerMetriX her extensive 30+ years of executive experience in the healthcare industry which includes acute care, acute rehabilitation and long term acute care hospitals as well as long term care facilities. She has served not only as a surveyor for The Joint Commission but also as a Regional Representative on the Orion Project in Pennsylvania.
Her accomplishments in both the for-profit and non-profit healthcare sectors have focused on re-alignment of revenue, census and costs to achieve organizational financial turnarounds.
Terri Slesinski
Vice President, Operations
Ms. Slesinski brings more than 25 years of computer industry experience to TowerMetriX. Throughout her career, Ms. Slesinski has held positions responsible for virtually every aspect of the Software Development Life Cycle. In addition to being an accomplished software engineer, Ms. Slesinski specializes in the interpretation and presentation of technology for non-expert audiences. Early in her career, Ms. Slesinski spent several years as a Systems Engineer for Apple Computer where she helped to integrate Apple technologies in Fortune 100 corporations. Since that time, Ms. Slesinski has been a designer and architect for several commercial software companies, including Acclamation Systems. In her role as Vice President of Operations at TowerMetriX, Ms. Slesinski leads the development team and works closely with clients to ensure that TowerMetriX software keeps its focus where it should be – on solving client problems.
